Moraband
In "Sacrifice" (The Clone Wars 6.13), as the last stage of his journey to learn how to achieve immortality, Yoda travels to Moraband, "the ancient homeworld of the Sith." The name "Moraband" evokes the word "moribund," which means "at the point of death." It is an appropriate location for an episode that centers around the Jedi and Sith's contrasting attitudes towards death.
On Moraband, Yoda encounters what appear to be Sith ghosts, who taunt him by saying, "There is no life after death. Only nothingness awaits you, Jedi." Because the Sith are "captivated by the physical realm," as Yoda puts it, they do everything they can to stave off the death of their bodies, including sacrificing Jedi in their temple.
When Yoda enters the chamber where the ancient Sith sacrificed Jedi, he is drawn into a vision in which Darth Sidious tempts him to prevent the rise of the Sith and secure the future of the Jedi by sacrificing one Jedi: Anakin Skywalker. Sidious presents Yoda with a choice: "Why not let him go? Let him die, and you can stop all that I will do." If Yoda falls into the trap, he will become like the Sith in his attempt to stop the Sith. However, instead of sacrificing another's life to avert his own death, he sacrifices his own life to save another's, saying, "Tempted I will not be. Sacrifice all I am ready to do."
When he awakes from this final test, Yoda asks the Force Priestess who is teaching him about immortality, "Died, have I?" She replies: "In a way." On Moraband, at the point of death, Yoda learns what the Sith refuse to accept: paradoxically, he becomes able to live on after death only by submitting to death.
