Flying Away
There are several parallels between the first three-episode arc of Andor season 1 and the first three-episode arc of Andor season 2. These parallels culminate in the third episodes' concluding scenes, which show different stages in Cassian Andor's journey to become a leader.
In both arcs, one of the primary plots revolves around the heroes' attempts to hide from an Imperial manhunt. In the first arc of season 1, Cassian Andor is on Ferrix, trying to hide from the Morlana One corporate authorities, who want to arrest him for the murder of two cops. In the first arc of season 2, Cassian's friends from Ferrix – who helped him hide in the first season – are on Mina-Rau, trying to hide from Imperial authorities who want to arrest them for being undocumented.
Moreover, both arcs include a subplot on a jungle planet, where Cassian gets involved with a group of lost children fascinated by an unfamiliar ship. In season 1, flashbacks show the young Kassa on his home planet Kenari, where he is part of a tribe of children investigating a crashed ship. In season 2, Cassian lands a stolen TIE Avenger on the planet Yavin IV and finds himself in the middle of a conflict between two inexperienced and purposeless rebel groups, whose childishness is emphasized when they try to resolve their disagreements through "Five Hands" (evoking the playground game "Rock Paper Scissors").

The most significant parallel comes in the final moments of the arcs' third episodes. "Reckoning" (Andor 1.3) ends with a montage intercutting two scenes of Cassian being flown away from his home. In flashbacks, the young Kassa is taken away from Kenari by Maarva Andor and her husband Clem, and in the present, Cassian is taken away from Ferrix by Luthen Rael. In both cases – as both a child and a young adult – Cassian is a passenger, passively taken on a journey that he did not initiate.

However, "Harvest" (Andor 2.3) ends with Cassian in the pilot's seat, flying Bix Caleen and Wilmon Paak away from Mina-Rau. He has grown from a passive passenger into an active leader: instead of being the one who must be carried to safety, he is the one who carries others to safety.
