Erebus
In "Juggernaut" (The Bad Batch 3.12), former Vice Admiral Rampart is imprisoned in an Imperial labor camp on the desert planet Erebus. In Greek mythology, the name "Erebus" can refer to the god or personification of darkness, or to the dark region of the underworld.
Ironically, Erebus is a bright and sunny planet, but it bears the symbolic hallmarks of a Star Wars underworld. It is a mining planet: a place where people pull valuable resources out from under the ground. Moreover, Rampart is working in the underbelly of the Imperial mining machine, a murky, firelit room full of pipes and clouds. His partner on the job is an Ugnaught, a diminutive species of alien typically associated with the underworld. (In The Empire Strikes Back, Ugnaughts try to smelt C-3PO down in the fiery underworld of Cloud City, Lando Calrissian's mining compound.) The underworld is typically characterized by chaos and confusion; it is fitting, then, that Rampart cannot speak his Ugnaught companion's language, or has not bothered to learn it.
As a Vice Admiral in the Imperial Navy, Rampart liked to lord his high status over others. It is a fitting change of fortunes that, after being ousted from the Senate, he has been consigned to the lowest level of the Empire.
