Andor Season 2 Mirrors the Prequel Trilogy
The first three arcs of the second season of Andor mirror the three episodes of the prequel trilogy.

The first arc (Andor 2.1-3) mirrors Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
A peaceful planet (Mina Rau, Naboo) is blockaded and invaded by the villains (the Empire, the Trade Federation), who cut off communication with the rest of the galaxy.
The heroes (Cassian Andor, Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi) land on a green planet (Yavin, Naboo) with sacred stone structures, where they get caught in the middle of a feud between two groups who should be working together (the two rebel groups, the Gungans and the Naboo).
A hero (Cassian, Anakin Skywalker) learns to pilot an unfamiliar ship (TIE Avenger, Naboo Starfighter) before using its weapons to destroy enemy ground troops (Stormtroopers, Droidekas) and blast out of an enemy hangar (Sienar Factory, Trade Federation Control Ship).

The second arc (Andor 2.4-6) mirrors Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
A planet populated by bugs (Ghorman with the spider-like Ghorlectopods, Geonosis with the insect-like Geonosians) plays a key role in the creation of the Death Star (Ghorman has the mineral kalkite needed for its construction, Geonosis has its original plans) and hosts a secret rebel group that meets underground (the Ghorman Front, the Separatist Alliance).
The villains secretly encourage the actions of this rebel group so they will have a pretext to escalate military action. At the climax, the heroes seem to triumph (successfully raiding the Imperial convoy, winning the battle of Geonosis) but become dependent on apparent allies (Syril Karn, the Clone Troopers) who are secretly controlled by the villains.
In the Senate chamber, more power is given to Palpatine (loyalty oaths, emergency powers).
Authority figures (Luthen Rael, the Jedi) try to prevent romantic love (separating Cassian from Bix Caleen and Cinta Kaz from Vel Sartha, separating Anakin from Padmé Amidala). However, the lovers (Cinta and Vel, Anakin and Padmé) finally kiss in the dark, underground, away from the eyes of their attachment-averse leaders.

The third arc (Andor 2.7-9) mirrors Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Premonitions push a couple (Cassian and Bix, Anakin and Padmé) apart. The woman (Bix, Padmé) ultimately separates from the man and has his child without his knowledge.
Two lovers (Syril and Dedra Meero, Anakin and Padmé) are torn apart when they find themselves on opposite sides of an ideological conflict. One appeals to the other to violate their conscience for the sake of love (Dedra appeals to Syril, Anakin appeals to Padmé), but the conversation turns violent and the man attacks the woman (Syril chokes Dedra, Anakin chokes Padmé).

A black-cloaked agent with a prominent scar on one cheek (Captain Kaido, Anakin) executes a massacre ordered by an Imperial overseer from an office (Dedra, Palpatine). Children are among the victims of the massacre (Kaido kills the inexperienced troops Dedra likens to "children", Anakin kills the Jedi younglings). The slaughter on Ghorman recalls Anakin's slaughter of the Jedi on Coruscant as well as his slaughter of the Separatist leaders on Mustafar: the exits are blocked so the victims cannot escape.

Following the massacre, someone (Mon Mothma, Palpatine) gives a speech in the Senate, prompting an impassioned response (Mon Mothma is shouted down, Palpatine is cheered). Palpatine's speech marks the formal beginning of the Empire; Mon Mothma's speech marks the formal beginning of the Rebellion.
Bail Organa helps someone (Mon Mothma, Yoda) escape the Senate, leaving their cloak behind in the process.
An enemy (K-2SO, Anakin) is maimed in battle before being reconstructed and brought back to life on an operating table, changing sides in the process (K-2SO becomes good, Anakin becomes evil).
